louisevanv shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of opportunities, or unachieved results arising from the use of the services, provided it has acted in accordance with the agreement. The user acknowledges that results may vary depending on external circumstances.
Prices and payment conditions are specified in the service proposal. In case of cancellation, a refund policy will apply as stipulated in the signed agreement. Partial refunds for services already rendered will not be made.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 15 business days' prior written notice. louisevanv reserves the right to suspend the service if the user breaches these conditions, without the right to a refund.
louisevanv may modify these terms at any time. Modifications will be communicated through the website or by email. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the changes.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Puerto Plata.
